Over his career, he has led nine successful corporate turnarounds, converting underperforming organizations into disciplined, profitable enterprises through decisive leadership, operational rigor, and uncompromising accountability.

Brent brings a rare blend of executive strategy and hands-on execution. He has assembled and led high-performance leadership teams, optimized complex operations, and driven sustained growth across manufacturing, product development, security services, private military contracting, investment, and real estate. As a trained, and seasoned Operating Engineer, over the course of 30 plus years he has personally designed and manufactured hundreds of products, many of which have been on major infrastructure and have been used in critical building developments. Others have achieved national retail distribution.

In real estate, Brent specializes in asset repositioning, operational improvement, and strategic development, with a relentless focus on value creation, risk control, and cost discipline. A lifelong learner and disciplined operator, he continues to sharpen his expertise through MIT OpenCourseWare, Wharton MOOCs, and ongoing industry-specific research.

Beyond his business acumen, Brent brings over five decades of martial arts expertise and a lifelong commitment to mentorship. He applies time-tested, discipline-driven training principles to support and empower combat veterans, strengthening resilience, mental fortitude, and willpower as they navigate the challenges of reintegration into civilian life.
